Wanneer heb je de BIC nodig?
Binnen de SEPA-zone (EU, EER, Zwitserland en enkele andere landen) is de IBAN voldoende en hoef je de BIC meestal niet op te geven. Voor betalingen buiten SEPA vraagt je bank vaak wel om de BIC of SWIFT-code van de ontvangende bank.
